Quick Marinated Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Small mushrooms 1 Pound, cleaned and dried
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon, freshly ground
  Thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Tarragon 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients and simmer over low heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
Cool; refrigerate in marinade overnight.
Bring to room temperature before serving.
