Cheese Sauced Peas And Mushrooms
|Frozen peas with sliced mushrooms||10 Ounce (1 package)|
|Light cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shredded process swiss cheese/American cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Snipped chives||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
Tear off a 36x18-inch piece of heavy-duty foil.
Fold in half to make an 18-inch square.
Fold up sides, using fist to make a pouch.
Place frozen peas with sliced mushrooms in pouch.
Add light cream, cheese, chives, garlic, dash salt, and dash pepper.
Fold edges of foil to seal pouch securely, leaving space for expansion of steam.
Grill over medium-hot coals till heated through, about 20 minutes.
Transfer to serving bowl.
