Baked Ham Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Whole fresh mushrooms 24
  Finely chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Diced fully cooked ham 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fine dry bread crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Remove stems from mushrooms; chop stems.
Cook mushroom stems and onion in 1 tablespoon butter till tender.
Remove from heat.
Stir in ham and parmesan cheese; set aside.
In small saucepan melt 1 tablespoon butter.
Stir in flour and salt; add milk all at once.
Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Remove from heat.
Stir in ham mixture.
Fill mushroom caps with mixture; sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Place stuffed mushrooms in greased shallow baking dish.
Bake in 425° oven for 8 to 12 minutes or till mushrooms are tender.
