|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Mushrooms||1⁄2 Pound, chopped|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 325°.
Fry bacon, crumble, and set aside. Reserve drippings. Saute onions in bacon drippings. Drain. Add cream cheese to onions. Heat and stir until cheese is melted. Add mushrooms and heat thoroughly. Stir in sour cream, bacon, and a pinch of white pepper.
Spoon mixture into an 8" pie plate and bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
