Marinated Mushrooms With Orgeano
|Olive oil/Cooking oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Oregano||1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed (dried)|
|Fresh mushrooms||6 Cup (96 tbs), sliced|
In screw-top jar combine oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, oregano, and pepper; cover and shake well.
Pour over mushrooms, tossing gently to coat.
Cover and let stand at room temperature about 1 hour, stirring occasionally or, refrigerate several hours or overnight.
