Mushroom And Tomato Snack

Ingredients
  Fresh mushrooms 200 Gram
  Chopped onion 2 Medium
  Chopped tomato 2 Medium
  Chopped green chili 1
  Chopped coriander 1 Tablespoon
  Oil 2 Teaspoon
  Whole wheat bread 4 , toasted
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Heat the oil and fry the onions for 1/2 minute.
2. Add the tomatoes and fry again for a little while.
3. Add the green chilli, coriander and chilli powder and fry again for 1/2 minute.
4. Add the mushrooms and salt and cook for a few minutes.
