Zucchini with Mushrooms

  Zucchini 1 Pound
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Mushrooms 4 Ounce
  Onion 1 Large
  Butter 2 Ounce
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped

Cut zucchini diagonally into 1 in. slices, crush garlic, slice mushrooms, chop onion.
Melt butter in large frying pan, add vegetables, saute until golden brown and tender.
Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve
