Green Beans With Sauteed Mushrooms
|Green beans||3⁄4 Pound|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Fresh basil/1/2 tsp/2 ml dried basil||2 Teaspoon, chopped|
|Rosemary||1⁄4 Teaspoon, crumbled (dried)|
|Mushrooms||8 Medium, sliced|
|Hot pepper sauce||1 Dash|
In saucepan of boiling water, cook beans for 6 to 8 minutes or until tender-crisp; drain.
Meanwhile in small saucepan or microwave-safe dish, melt margarine, add garlic, basil, rosemary, mushrooms and hot pepper sauce; cook over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes, or cover and microwave at high (100%) power for 1 minute, or until mushrooms are tender.
Transfer beans to warm serving dish; pour mushroom mixture over and toss to mix.
