Clam Stuffed Mushrooms
8 oz. fresh mushrooms, stems removed and reserved
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1/8 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves
1/8 teaspoon salt
Dash crushed sage leaves
3 tablespoons seasoned dry bread crumbs
Place bacon in small mixing bowl.
Microwave at High for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes, or until crisp, stirring once.
Drain, reserving 1 tablespoon bacon fat.
In small mixing bowl, combine reserved bacon fat, 1/3 cup chopped mushroom stems, onion, marjoram, salt
