Green Beans And Mushrooms
|Fresh mushrooms||1⁄4 Pound, sliced|
|Onion||1⁄2 Small, minced|
|Green/3/4 pound fresh green beans||9 Ounce, cut (frozen)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Saute mushrooms and onions in hot butter.
Add frozen or fresh beans, water, and salt and pepper to taste.
Bring to a boil, lower heat, cover, and simmer until tender.
Add cream and reheat.
Do not boil.
