Raw Mushroom Marinade's picture
  Mushrooms 3 Cup (48 tbs), sliced
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Wine vinegar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh tarragon/Oregano 2 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste

Put the mushrooms in a pretty salad bowl.
Mix the oils, vinegar and lemon juice together in a cup.
Add the herbs, salt and pepper and stir well.
Pour the marinade over the mushrooms and leave, covered, in a cool place for 3-6 hours.
