Deep Friend Prawns And Mushroom
|Flour||1 Tablespoon (Heaped, Maida)|
|Shiitake mushrooms/Button mushrooms||4 , stems discarded and cross cut in caps|
|Tempura batter||300 Milliliter|
|Oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)|
Peel the prawns, discarding the head but leaving on the tail.
Split open down the back, remove the intestinal tract and press the prawn open gently with the hand to make a butterfly shape.
Dip the prawns into flour, shake, dip into the batter and deep fry until golden brown and cooked.
Dip the mushrooms in batter and deep fry.
