Pan Fried Duck Breast With Acacia Honey Sauce, Mashed Potatoes With Spicy Bread And Mushroom 'Aumoniere

Ingredients
  Potatoes 600 Gram
  Cream fresh 100 Gram
  Butter 100 Gram
  Spicy bread 400 Gram
  Milk 150 Milliliter
  Salt To Taste
  Mushrooms 600 Gram, mixed
  Puff pastry 6 (For Pies)
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon (Leveled) (A Little)
  Garlic 1 Teaspoon (Leveled) (A Little)
  Duck breast 1080 Gram (6 In Number, 180 Gram Each)
  Acacia 100 Gram
  Cooking oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Potatoes Prepare mashed potatoes with cream, butter, salt and pepper.
Soak the spicy bread in milk until soft.
Mingle with the mashed potatoes.
Keep hot.
Mushrooms 'aumoniere' or mushrooms in a purse Clean the mushrooms, saute with some butter, salt, pepper, garlic and chopped parsley.
Make six mushroom pies or 'aumonieres' with the puff pastry and bake in a hot oven until puffed.
Keep hot.
Duck breast Rub salt and pepper on the duck breast, baste honey on the skin of each breast and pan-fry until crispy.
Deglaze the pan with water or white wine, then add a little acacia honey.
Check the seasoning
