Pork And Shrimp Stuffed Mushrooms
|Ground pork||1⁄4 Pound|
|Canned shrimp||4 1⁄2 Ounce, drained and chopped (1 Can)|
|Green onions||3 , thinly sliced|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic clove||1 Small, minced|
|Fresh mushrooms||12 Ounce (36 Pieces, Each About 1 Inch In Diameter)|
In mixing bowl stir together ground pork, shrimp, and green onions.
With hands, mix in soy sauce, cornstarch, and garlic.
Remove stems from mushrooms and reserve for another use.
Lightly salt insides of mushrooms.
Stuff each mushroom cap with about a teaspoon of pork mixture.
Arrange mushrooms on steamer rack.
Over high heat, bring water for steaming to boiling.
Set steamer rack over boiling water.
Cover steamer; steam 30 to 35 minutes or till done.
