Stuffed Turkey Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Mushrooms 20 Large
  Fat free chicken broth 3 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lean white meat skinless ground turkey 1⁄4 Pound
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
  Grated non fat mozzarella cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Lemon pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Basil 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Non fat ricotta cheese 2 Tablespoon (Frigo Or Polly-O)
  Fat free spaghetti sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Hunts Light)
Directions

Remove the stems on the mushrooms and chop.
Heat chicken broth in a skillet and cook the onion and ground turkey.
Add the chopped mushroom stems and other ingredients.
Cook this mixture about 5 minutes.
Stuff this mixture into the mushroom caps and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
Preheat your broiler and place in oven for 2-4 minutes or until cheese melts.
