Stuffed Turkey Mushrooms
|Fat free chicken broth||3 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lean white meat skinless ground turkey||1⁄4 Pound|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Grated non fat mozzarella cheese||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Lemon pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Non fat ricotta cheese||2 Tablespoon (Frigo Or Polly-O)|
|Fat free spaghetti sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Hunts Light)|
Remove the stems on the mushrooms and chop.
Heat chicken broth in a skillet and cook the onion and ground turkey.
Add the chopped mushroom stems and other ingredients.
Cook this mixture about 5 minutes.
Stuff this mixture into the mushroom caps and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
Preheat your broiler and place in oven for 2-4 minutes or until cheese melts.
