Mushroom Florentine

Ingredients
  Spinach 3⁄4 Kilogram
  Mushrooms 250 Gram
  Cheese 2 Tablespoon
  White sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped onions 2
  Cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  White wine 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped garlic 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Boil spinach, drain water and cool it.
2. Saute onions and garlic in butter.
3. Add spinach, toss and finish with cream and salt.
4. Slice the mushrooms and saute with onions and garlic. Add white sauce, white wine, cream and salt. Arrange spinach in a dish. Pour mushroom sauce over it. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in oven till golden brown in colour.
