Mushrooms With Tomatoes And Peas
|Onion||1 Medium, sliced|
|Ground turmeric||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground ginger||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ghee/Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Frozen green peas||10 Ounce, thawed and drained (1 Package)|
|Whole mushrooms||8 Ounce|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Salt||1 1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Tomatoes||2 Medium, cut into wedges|
Cook and stir onion, turmeric and ginger in Ghee in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until onion is tender, about 3 minutes.
Stir in peas, mushrooms, lemon juice and salt.
Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, until peas are tender, about 8 minutes.
Stir in tomatoes; heat just until hot.
