Crab Stuffed Mushrooms
|Imitation crab||1⁄2 Pound|
|Black olives||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), finely chopped|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Parsley||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Onion powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon, grated|
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Remove stems from mushrooms; mince stems.
In a bowl, flake crab; add minced mushroom stems, olives, mayonnaise, parsley, lemon juice, and garlic and onion powders.
Fill mushroom caps with crab mixture.
Sprinkle with desired amount of cheese.
Place on baking sheets.
Cover with foil and bake for 12-15 minutes.
Uncover and continue baking until golden brown, about 5 more minutes.
