Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms
|Mushrooms||12 Large (About 2 Inches In Diameter)|
|Frozen spinach souffle||12 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Soft bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Instant minced onion||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Clean mushrooms and remove stems; set aside.
With sharp knife cut souffle in half.
Return half to freezer; place remaining half in 1-quart casserole.
Microwave at high (10) 4 to 5 minutes until partially defrosted.
Mash with fork.
Add crumbs, lemon juice, onion and salt; blend well.
Divide stuffing mixture evenly among mushroom caps.
Arrange mushrooms in a circle on microwave-safe plate.
Microwave at high (10) 2 to 4 minutes or until hot.
