Tuna Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Mushrooms 12 Medium
  Butter 3 Teaspoon
  Tuna 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained and minced
  Minced onion 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika To Taste
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

Remove stems of mushrooms carefully; finely chop stems.
Saute- stems in butter; add tuna and cook 3 minutes.
Add onion and seasonings; remove from heat.
Stuff mushroom caps with mixture.
Place in a greased baking pan and bake in a 300° oven for 15 minutes or until brown; drain.
