Stuffed Raw Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Mushroom caps 18 Medium, unpeeled
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce (1 Package)
  Chopped chives 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Sprouted radish seeds 1 Teaspoon (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)
Directions

Wipe mushroom caps with paper towel dampened with lemon juice.
Cream together the cheese and herbs.
Blend in sprouts to taste.
Fill mushroom caps and refrigerate.
