|Mushroom caps||18 Medium, unpeeled|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Chopped chives||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Sprouted radish seeds||1 Teaspoon (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)|
Wipe mushroom caps with paper towel dampened with lemon juice.
Cream together the cheese and herbs.
Blend in sprouts to taste.
Fill mushroom caps and refrigerate.
