Mushrooms A L Ltalienne

Ingredients
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  White wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Dried marjoram 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), halved
  Bay leaf 1
  Mushrooms 1 Pound
  Nonfat italian salad dressing 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In a medium saucepan, combine the water, lemon juice, vinegar, marjoram, oregano, thyme, garlic and bay leaf.
Bring to a boil.
Add the mushrooms and return to a boil, then reduce the heat.
Cover and simmer about 5 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender.
Remove the saucepan from the heat.
Remove and discard the garlic and bay leaf.
Stir in the salad dressing.
Transfer the mushrooms and liquid to a glass container.
Cool slightly, then cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
