Marinated Mushroom Caps

Ingredients
  Small mushrooms 1 Pound (fresh)
  Olive oil 6 Tablespoon
  Dry white wine 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 1 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon (dried)
  Parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Clean mushrooms.
Remove stems it desired.
In 4 cup glass measure combine all ingredients except mushrooms.
Microwave (high) 3-4 minutes until mixture boils.
Pour over mushrooms.
Chill, covered, several hours, stirring occasionally.
