|Chopped walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Finely chopped fresh parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Minced scallion||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
Wipe mushrooms with damp paper towel and carefully remove stems.
Place mushrooms, rounded side down, in 8x12-inch baking dish.
Combine cream cheese, walnuts, cheddar cheese, parsley, scallion, salt, and garlic.
Spoon into mushrooms.
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes until mushrooms are tender and filling is set.
