Ingredients
  Mushrooms 12 Large
  Lemon juice 1 Dash
  Butter 2 Teaspoon
  Crab meat 6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained, flaked
  Water chestnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped (La Choy)
  Whole wheat bread crumbs 1 Teaspoon
  Green onion 1 Teaspoon, finely chopped
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon (La Choy)
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon, finely chopped
  Egg 1 , beaten
Directions

Trim stems from mushrooms.
Sprinkle caps with lemonjuice.
Finely chop the stems.
Cook stems in butter for 2 minutes.
Stir in the remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Fill mushroom caps with mixture.
Place in buttered 8 in. (20 cm) square pan.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes.
