Angel Hair Pasta With Wild Mushrooms And Shrimp

  Angel hair/Or any fine strands like capellini, spaghettini 1⁄2 Pound
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Shiitake mushrooms 4 Ounce, sliced (Preferably Wild Such As Chanterelle, Shiitake, Or Oyster)
  Chopped garlic 1 Teaspoon
  Shrimp 6 Ounce, peeled and deveined
  White wine 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped tomatoes 8 Ounce (Preferably Italian Plum)
  Parsley 1 Pinch
  Thyme 1 Pinch
  Hot pepper 1 Pinch
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped basil/1 teaspoon dry basil 1 Tablespoon
  Parmesan cheese 3 Tablespoon
  Black pepper To Taste (Garnish)
  Parsley To Taste (Garnish)

Follow the pack directions and cook pasta in boiling water until al dente (firm to the bite).
Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, prepare sauce.
Heat in large skillet.
Add and saute just until shrimp turns pink.
Add and stir.
Add and stir just until combined.
Add pasta and garnish with parsley and pepper.
