Green Beans In Ci'Bella Mushroom Sauce
|Green beans||1 1⁄2 Pound (673 Grams)|
|Olive oil||45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon, Divided)|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Minced garlic||1 Teaspoon|
|Sliced mushrooms||4 1⁄2 Ounce (Drained)|
|Mushroom sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Bella)|
|Italian bread crumbs||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
Trim ends from green beans and snap into bite-size pieces.
Place beans in a medium saucepan with 3 cups of water and bring to boil over high heat.
Cover, reduce heat to moderate and cook 20 minutes.
Meanwhile heat 1 tbs olive oil in a large skillet over moderate heat.
Add chopped onion and garlic and saute until onions are softened.
Combine drained beans, onion, garlic, mushrooms and sauce and turn into a lightly oiled 2-quart casserole.
Combine remaining 2 tbs olive oil with the bread crumbs and sprinkle evenly over the top of the casserole.
Bake, uncovered, in a 350°F (180°C) oven for 20 minutes or until hot.
