4 Step Mushroom

Try this special recipe from American cuisine you will never regret.
  Shiitake mushrooms 5 Ounce, sliced to make 3 cups
  Baby bella mushrooms 10 Ounce, halved (1 Package, Food You Feel Good About)
  Portobella mushrooms 1 Pound, 1-inch dice to make about 7 cups (16 Ounce)
  Balsamic onion 10 Ounce, drained and halved
  Pepper To Taste (Wegmans)
  Sea salt To Taste
  Basting oil 4 Ounce (0.5 Cup, Wegmans)

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

1. Combine mushrooms and onions in large bowl; season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour basting oil over mushroom mixture; stir carefully to combine.
2. Arrange mushroom mixture in single layer on baking sheet. Roast on center rack of oven 15 min. Reduce heat to 350 degrees; cook 20-25 min, until caramelized.
