|Granny smith apple||1 Medium, cored, grated (Unpeeled)|
|Extra-virgin olive oil||2 Tablespoon (Food You Feel Good About Black Truffle)|
|Basting oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Wegmans)|
|Sliced baby bella mushrooms||16 Ounce|
|Butter||2 Tablespoon (Wegmans)|
|Herbes de provence||1 Tablespoon|
|Chicken stock||32 Ounce|
|Unseasoned stuffing croutons||16 Ounce|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
1. Heat basting oil in braising pan on MEDIUM-HIGH. Add mushrooms; cook about 5 min, until moisture is reduced and mushrooms have a bit of color. Add celery and onion; cook, stirring 5 min. Add herbes; cook, stirring, 3 min. Add butter and stock; bring to a simmer. Turn off heat.
2. Combine croutons and apple; gradually add to mixture in braising pan, stirring gently. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
3. Bake on center rack of oven 30-35 min or until stuffing is nicely browned and cooked through. Drizzle with truffle oil before serving.
