Crab Stuffed Mushrooms
|Fresh mushrooms||12 Large|
|Margarine/Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely chopped onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm), finely chopped|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Plain dry bread crumbs/Cracker crumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned crab meat||6 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Seafood seasoning/Seasoned salt||To Taste|
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Remove stems from mushrooms and finely chop.
In large skillet, lightly brown mushroom caps in margarine; place in 8- or 9-inch square baking dish.
In same skillet, cook chopped mushrooms, onion, garlic and parsley until lightly browned.
Stir in crumbs, crab meat and seafood seasonings; fill mushroom caps with crab meat mixture.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until hot.
