Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

These crab stuffed mushrooms make a great side in meals. Prepared with a flavored stuffing of cooked mushrooms, onions and parsley with garlic combined with crabmeat, the crab stuffed mushrooms are baked in the oven to finish.
Ingredients
  Fresh mushrooms 12 Large
  Margarine/Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), finely chopped
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Plain dry bread crumbs/Cracker crumbs 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned crab meat 6 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Seafood seasoning/Seasoned salt To Taste
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Remove stems from mushrooms and finely chop.
In large skillet, lightly brown mushroom caps in margarine; place in 8- or 9-inch square baking dish.
In same skillet, cook chopped mushrooms, onion, garlic and parsley until lightly browned.
Stir in crumbs, crab meat and seafood seasonings; fill mushroom caps with crab meat mixture.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until hot.
