Tomato Rosemary Stuffed Mushrooms

Stuffed Mushrooms is a delicious DISH that automatically becomes the highlight of your spread. This dish is always in demand at a party. You will understand why when you try this Stuffed Mushrooms for yourself!
Ingredients
  Mushrooms 12 Large
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
  Whole wheat bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Ripe tomatoes 2 , pureed
  Rosemary 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

Remove mushroom stems, wash and dry caps.
Mix bread crumbs with walnuts, tomato puree, rosemary and parsley.
Stuff mushrooms and place in a baking dish.
Top each with a little sesame oil and salt.
Bake at 375° for 15 minutes or until tender.
