Broiled Mushroom Caps is a delicious side dish recipe that you will simply love to serve to your loved ones. I am sure, once you try this, you will always crave for some more.
Ingredients
  Fine bread crumbs 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1⁄4 Clove (1.25 gm), minced
  Mushroom 12 Large
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Mix together the crumbs, parsley and garlic.
2. Brush the mushroom caps with oil and roll in the crumbs. Sprinkle with the salt and pepper.
3. Broil the mushrooms under moderate heat, about five minutes on each side. Sprinkle with more oil, if necessary.
