Broiled Mushroom Caps
|Fine bread crumbs||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1⁄4 Clove (1.25 gm), minced|
|Cooking oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
1. Mix together the crumbs, parsley and garlic.
2. Brush the mushroom caps with oil and roll in the crumbs. Sprinkle with the salt and pepper.
3. Broil the mushrooms under moderate heat, about five minutes on each side. Sprinkle with more oil, if necessary.
