Brook Trout With Button Mushrooms
|Canned button mushrooms||1 Pound (1 Can)|
|All purpose flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Trout||4 (8 Inch Each)|
1. Clean, wash, and dry the trout. Cut off the fins. Coat fish lightly in flour and saute in 3 tablespoons melted butter till firm and nicely browned.
2. Remove trout and saute mushrooms in butter until golden brown.
3. Arrange trout on a serving dish with mushrooms on top and serve.
