Kidneys A La Reine
|Lamb kidneys||16 , skinned, halved and cores removed|
|Chipolata sausages||8 , halved|
|Onion||1 Large, chopped|
|Bacon||100 Gram, chopped|
|Beef stock||550 Milliliter|
|Button mushrooms||100 Gram|
|Tomato ketchup||20 Milliliter|
Coat the kidneys in the flour.
Melt the butter in a frying pan and add the bacon, onion, kidneys and sausages.
Fry gently for a few minutes and then add remaining flour.
Stir in the stock gradually and add mushrooms, tomato sauce, sherry and seasoning.
Bring to the boil and transfer to the Slo cooker.
Cook for the recommended time.
