Peas With Mushrooms
|Mushrooms||1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced (1 Package)|
|Ground black pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Frozen peas||1 Cup (16 tbs), thawed (1 Package)|
|Thyme leaves||1⁄2 Teaspoon, chopped|
In nonstick 10 inch skillet, melt margarine or butter over medium high heat.
Add mushrooms, salt, and pepper and cook, stirring, until mushrooms are golden and liquid evaporates, about 6 minutes.
Add peas and thyme and cook about 4 minutes or until hot.
