Saute Of Well Seasoned Mushrooms
|Mushrooms||1⁄2 Pound, chopped/sliced|
|Ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Onion||1 , finely chopped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Chopped parsley||1 Teaspoon|
1. In a skillet heat two tablespoons of the butter, add the mushrooms and cook until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper. Remove the mushrooms from the pan.
2. Add the remaining butter and heat. Add the onion, garlic and parsley and cook, stirring, about two minutes over high heat. Do not let brown.
3. Return the mushrooms to the pan and reheat.
