Saute Of Well Seasoned Mushrooms is an amazingly delicious mouth watering side dish. Serve it at your dinner party; I bet you will have a huge fan following for this one!
Ingredients
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound, chopped/sliced
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Chopped parsley 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. In a skillet heat two tablespoons of the butter, add the mushrooms and cook until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper. Remove the mushrooms from the pan.
2. Add the remaining butter and heat. Add the onion, garlic and parsley and cook, stirring, about two minutes over high heat. Do not let brown.
3. Return the mushrooms to the pan and reheat.
