Mushrooms Hors D'Oeuvres
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Salad oil||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Canned button mushroom||8 Ounce, drained (1 Can Of 8 Ounce)|
Rub mixing bowl with cut clove of garlic; pour in oils and lemon juice.
Add onion, salt, pepper, mustard, and bay leaves.
Add mushrooms to sauce.
Sauce should be sufficient to cover mushrooms.
Let stand for 24 hours in refrigerator.
