Marinated Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mushrooms 2 Pound
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper white 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  White wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat the oil in a heavy skillet.
Add the mushrooms and saute over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
Place the mushrooms in a bowl.
Add the vinegar, lemon juice, salt, garlic powder, white pepper, oregano, basil, and thyme.
Mix well.
Refrigerate overnight.
Drain well before serving.
