Button mushroom/Crimini | 20 ((about 1 1/2″ diameter)) | |
Hidden valley ranch dressing mix | 1 Ounce ((1 packet)) | |
Cream cheese | 4 Ounce | |
Mayonnaise | 1 Tablespoon | |
Grated parmesan cheese/Grated cheddar cheese | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
Shredded spinach | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Grated carrot | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Minced green onion | 2 Tablespoon | |
Minced dill | 2 Tablespoon ((and/or parsley)) | |
Bread crumbs | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) |
GETTING READY
1.Set oven to 400ºF.
MAKING:
2.Wipe mushrooms clean and remove stems.
3.Mix remaining ingredients together, EXCEPT 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs (reserve these for topping).
4.Spoon about 2 teaspoons mix into each mushroom and arrange on a baking sheet. Sprinkle tops with more breadcrumbs.
5.Bake 20 minutes until mushrooms are soft and filling is bubbly and toasted.
