GETTING READY
1. Remove the stem and shave off the bottom a bit. Slice the shavings into small pieces.
MAKING
2. Drop the mushroom shavings into the beef mix.
3. Add cumin, black pepper, ground garlic paste, chopped onions and parsley.
4. Season with salt and mix everything well.
5. With the help of the melon baller, scoop meat mix and prepare balls.
6. Fill the mushrooms with the balls.
7. Grease the bottom of a baking dish with oil. Sprinkle some salt on it.
8. Place the stuffed mushrooms on the dish and then bake for about 15 to 20 minutes.
9. Place a cheese block on top of each mushroom and place it in the oven until the cheese melts.
SERVING
10. Garnish with parsley leaves and serve.
