Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 500 Milliliter (2 Cups)
  Baking powder 3 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 50 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Egg 1
  Milk 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Melted shortening 50 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Blueberries 250 Milliliter (1 Cup, Fresh Or Frozen)
Directions

Mix dry ingredients together.
Beat egg; add milk, shortening and blueberries.
Stir into flour mixture just until mixed.
Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
Bake at 425F (220C) for 15 to 20 minutes.
