If you have always been a fan of muffins then you would definitely be delightful in tasting one of these Muffin Pan Snacks! Great for mid-day munching or light meal, this Muffin Pan Snacks is so flavorfully made. Give it a try and just indulge!
Ingredients
  Lemon gelatin 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Jello Package)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 18 Teaspoon
  Boiling water 18 Cup (288 tbs)
  Vinegar 2 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano 1⁄8 Teaspoon, crumbled
Directions

Dissolve gelatin, salt and garlic powder in boiling water.
Add vinegar, oil, pepper and oregano.
Place aluminum-foil baking cups in muffin pans.
Place different snack combinations in each cup, filling each about 3/4 full.
Then fill with gelatin mixture.
Chill until firm, about 2 hours.
Unmold carefully from foil cups.
Serve with crisp salad greens, if desired.
