Granola Muffins is a mouth watering dessert recipe. An easy to prepare muffin recipe wont let you forget its taste forever. So, give it a try and squander its taste!
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Whole wheat flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Granola 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Baking powder 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk 300 Milliliter (1 1.4 Cup)
  Egg 1
  Vegetable oil 50 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon

In large bowl, combine flours, granola, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Stir in raisins.
Beat together milk, egg, oil and vanilla; add all at once to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
Spoon batter into greased muffin cups, filling each 2/3 full.
Bake in 375°F (190°C) oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
