|Baking powder||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Chopped raisins||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Milk||300 Milliliter (1 1.4 Cup)|
|Vegetable oil||50 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
In large bowl, combine flours, granola, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Stir in raisins.
Beat together milk, egg, oil and vanilla; add all at once to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
Spoon batter into greased muffin cups, filling each 2/3 full.
Bake in 375Â°F (190Â°C) oven for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
