  All purpose flour 3 Cup (48 tbs) (750 Milliliter)
  Granulated sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs) (500 Milliliter)
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Raisins/Chopped nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs) (250 Milliliter)
  Eggs 3
  Vegetable oil 1 Cup (16 tbs) (250 Milliliter)
  Mashed bananas 2 Cup (32 tbs) (500 Milliliter)
  Crushed pineapple 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs), undrained (300 Milliliter)

In large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, soda, salt, cinnamon and nuts.
Beat eggs; blend in oil, bananas and pineapple.
Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until thoroughly moistened.
Spoon into greased muffin cups, filling each 2/3 full.
Bake in 350°F (180°C) oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until firm to the touch.
