Pineapple Banana Muffins
|All purpose flour||3 Cup (48 tbs) (750 Milliliter)|
|Granulated sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs) (500 Milliliter)|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)|
|Salt||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)|
|Cinnamon||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)|
|Raisins/Chopped nuts||1 Cup (16 tbs) (250 Milliliter)|
|Vegetable oil||1 Cup (16 tbs) (250 Milliliter)|
|Mashed bananas||2 Cup (32 tbs) (500 Milliliter)|
|Crushed pineapple||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs), undrained (300 Milliliter)|
In large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, soda, salt, cinnamon and nuts.
Beat eggs; blend in oil, bananas and pineapple.
Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until thoroughly moistened.
Spoon into greased muffin cups, filling each 2/3 full.
Bake in 350Â°F (180Â°C) oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until firm to the touch.
