Spiced Wheat Germ Muffins

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 500 Milliliter (2 Cups)
  Whole wheat flour 375 Milliliter (1 1/2 Cups)
  Wheat germ 375 Milliliter (1 1/2 Cups)
  Baking powder 4 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Granulated sugar 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Eggs 2
  Molasses 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Milk 500 Milliliter (2 Cups)
  Raisins 500 Milliliter (2 Cups)
Directions

In large bowl, combine flours, wheat germ, baking powder, soda, salt and spices.
In large mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar.
Beat in eggs and molasses; blend until smooth.
To creamed mixture, add dry ingredients alternately with milk, making 3 dry and 2 liquid additions, stirring just until moistened.
Stir in raisins.
Spoon batter into paper lined muffin cups, filling each to top of liner.
Bake in 400°F (200°C) oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until firm to the touch.
