Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Buttermilk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Rolled oats 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Raisins 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

In bowl, stir together flour, cinnamon, baking powder, soda and salt.
Set aside.
In blender, combine buttermilk and rolled oats.
Let stand for 3 minutes without processing.
Add egg, sugar and oil and process for 10 seconds.
Pour over flour mixture in bowl, add raisins and stir just until all ingredients are moistened.
Spoon batter into 12 greased muffin cups; bake in 375°F (190°C) oven for 18 to 22 minutes or until firm to the touch.
