Raisin Bran Muffins
|Bran cereal flakes||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Firmly packed brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Mix cereal and milk together in a medium bowl.
Let stand 2 to 3 minutes or until cereal softens.
Stir in egg, raisins, sugar and oil.
Sift dry ingredients together and add to batter.
Stir just until flour disappears.
Place 2 paper cupcake liners in 6 oz.glass custard cups.
Fill each cup half full with batter.
Microwave as directed
