Banana Date-Nut Muffins

These banana dat nut muffins are homely anddelicious muffins made with ripe banana, dates and chopped walnuts. Prepared with a batter of wheat flour, yogurt, eggs and flour spiced withcinnamon, the banana date nut muffins are baked to a light brown color.
Ingredients
  Bananas 3 Medium, mashed
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Plain yogurt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whole wheat flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dates 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chopped
  Walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
Directions

Preheat oven to 400°.
Combine bananas, eggs, yogurt and oil in large bowl.
Stir dry ingredients together in separate large bowl.
Add banana mixture to flour mixture, stirring only until mois-tened.
Stir in dates and walnuts.
Spoon into well-greased muffin tins.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
