Preheat oven to 400Â°F(200Â°C).
Grease muffin pans.
Put 2 1/2 cups (625 mL) "Muffin Mix" in a medium bowl.
Beat 1 egg and 1 cup (250 mL) water in a small bowl.
Add all at once to Muffin
Stir until mix is just moistened (batter will be lumpy.)
Fill prepared pans 2/3 full.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
