Mincemeat Muffins

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whole wheat flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Mincemeat 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 1 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
Directions

TOPPING: In small bowl, combine sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg; cut in butter until crumbly.
Set aside.
In large bowl, stir together all purpose and whole wheat flours, sugar, baking powder, salt and nutmeg.
Stir together egg, mincemeat, milk and butter.
Add to flour mixture along with nuts; stir just until combined.
Spoon into well greased muffin cups; sprinkle with topping.
Bake in 400°F (200°C) oven for 20 minutes or until tops are firm to the touch.
